Aespa "groped" and "forced" to take selcas with male students at Lee Soo-man's alma mater + lewd "sex" comments posted online

Aespa

Aespa are suffering from sexual harassment after appearing at a school event.

On the 2nd, Aespa attended an event at Gyeongbok High SchoolSM Chairman Lee Soo-man's alma mater, but suffered from a disaster. Photos of members attending the event were uploaded online however in the photos, aespa are surrounded by male students and can't even move around properly.

A netizen, presumed to be a student at the school, also made sexual harassing comments. He posted a photo with his arms around an aespa member and wrote, "I did everything except touch."

He posted another photo with a member surrounded by male students who didn't get to chance to hold their waists and wrote, "S*x X."

Fans that saw the photos and comments expressed outrage and wrote, "So rude." "I really feel sorry to the members." "Where were their bodyguards?" "The school needs to apologize!"

As controversy grew, Gyeongbok posted an apology on their website and wrote, "Today was the 101st anniversary of the school's opening. Aespa were invited to the ceremony to perform however, after the event, media reported members unintentionally suffered damage. We apologize. We checked and found that several non-students attended the event but for safety reasons weren't permitted to enter."

  1. [+1,885, -24] Trash...
  2. [+1,340, -25] Looks like they don't care to take any disciplinary action. Shouldn't they be catching the male student that damaged the school's reputation instead of trying to pass it off as just an "outsider" did these things?!
  3. [+1,083, -20] It wasn't just this. They posted pictures of aespa on IG with sexual remarks and trespassed on stage and forced them to selcasã…‹ã…‹. He's claiming he did everything except touch but what's this? He clearly groped them in those pictures. Isn't that sexual harassment? He shouldn't have been touching in the first placeã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ F*cking ba$tard, so gross!
  4. [+1,182, -217] Eh, this is nothing. Jinmyeong Girls High School even did deepfakes of other high school kids ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹. So what they did is somehow ok and this is a crime? Please just shut your mouths and stay still.
  5. [+543, -4] Why are kids like this?
  6. [+289, -7] They should be writing handwritten apology letters ã…‹ã…‹. Are all male students like that? I seriously want to kill them.
  7. [+264, -14] I bet those male students are Lee Jun-seok fans
  8. [+233, -3] ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ But the Jinmyeong girls cursed out female students and did deepfakes but there was zero uproar over it? Why so quiet over that????? Disgusting!
  9. [+131, -1] Where did military letters go for those hannams that even had seizures?
  10. [+81, -1] Why are they trying to claim an "outsider" did that ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹. I clearly saw students change their Instagram IDs in real-time after posting those pictures because they got scared.
  11. [+81, -2] Biggest generation of criminals in the making ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹. This is the reality of Hannams in their teens and 20s right now.
  12. [+37, -1] Reveal their identities!
