“Produce 48” Agencies Searched And Seized Over Vote Manipulation Suspicions

Korean police have also conducted search and seizures of “Produce 48” agencies, following the news that police fonfirmed 'Produce X 101' votes were rigged, according to SpoTV News.

The report said on October 2 that the police visited some agencies from “Produce 48,” in addition to conducting search and seizures of agencies which participated in “Produce X 101.”

Police searched MBK Entertainment, Starship Entertainment, and, Woollim Entertainment for evidence of vote-rigging of 'Produce X 101'. However, the report did not disclose the specific “Produce 48” agencies.

The police have expanded the scope of investigation to all four “Produce” seasons for similar issues. In fact, 'Produce 48' is reported to capture the situation where the production team touched the final number of votes like 'Produce X101'. For this reason, the police reportedly quietly seized some agencies to solve the 'Produce 48' suspicion.
